If you wish to apply for a job in OMAN, you can do so through some recruiting agencies. Colleges generally have contract with these agency to recruit faculty through them. The Universities are financed by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and also MOHE looks after the faculty recruitement to the Universities.
